Power board with 8 integrated speed controllers BL-Ctrl v3.0. This board is composed of 2 PCBs, with 4 ESCs on each foreseen with a heatsink and a second databus for redundancy setup (using 2 Flight-Ctrl for fail-over configuration).

This is the new extremely fast brushless controllers version 3.0 for MikroKopter.

It is the most powerful MikroKopter ESC board for a multirotor with 8 engines.

The new BL-Ctrl v3.0 can even be used by people flying with low-end flight stabilization systems foreseen to drive speed controllers produced in the model/toy world, working only on PPM/PWM. Even for these non-professional systems, the BL-Ctrl v3.0 will improve the flight stability and power consumption. There is nothing to configure in order to used the BL-Ctrl v3.0 in PPM mode. You just need to connect the board with the servo outputs coming from the PPM flight stabilization system.

All the electronic components are soldered.
The board is tested and programmed (including the bootloader)

This controller performs perfectly with our AltiGator and OnyxStar motors.

Fast response with speed control:

  • Rapid acceleration and braking of the propeller. Active and seamless braking gives the speed precisely and quickly on the new setpoint .

  • The BL-Ctrl 3.0 controller is specifically designed and optimized for MikroKopter motors.For maximum stability of the MikroKopter setpoints are set almost instantaneously on the motor. If other motors (especially larger power classes) are used with this controller, this fast change of setpoints can easily lead to very high peak currents, which bring the BL-Ctrl control to the limit or an overload. This is not a fault of BL-Ctrl3.0 controller, but a systemic property. Please consider carefully whether a different motor is suitable.
